31/7/2010 Acquisition of Huxley & Co:

We are pleased to announce the acquisition of Huxley & Co. Authorised Public Accountants.

Huxley & Co. were established in 1971 as a small and medium business and personal tax specialist; and over the years have held offices in Northumberland Heath, Dartford and Longfield (their current location). Their clients are a mix of small and medium sized businesses, ranging from self employed people through to Limited Companies, predominately from the local area.

Accounting Freedom were chosen from a number of interested parties to acquire Huxley & Co, as the proprietor was impressed with our service focused approach to clients, which is of a similar nature to Huxley & Co.

We would like to thank Huxley & Co for their confidence in the services we provide clients with, and look forward to working with their clients going forward.
