Accounting Freedom was formed specifically to allow clients to run and build their businesses leaving us to provide the daily tax, payroll and accounting support. Our approach to relationships and service delivery helps hundreds of clients exploit new opportunities and improve performance which enhances the value of the company.

From our offices in Dartford, we have clients that are not only from the local area, Dartford, Gravesend, Medway and Kent, but also from London and nationwide.

Our Promise:

Our purpose is to deliver guaranteed work. We have come across many clients who have been promised the world but the promises were quickly broken. If, for any reason, you are not happy with our work, we will resolve the issue immediately and agree a fee review.

Service Level Agreement:

Accounting Freedom is firmly committed to providing measurable service levels to our clients and a personal as well as a highly professional service.

Accordingly, we, hereby unconditionally guarantee that if any of the following service criteria are not met, we will agree to make an appropriate reduction in the fee charged.

The Director’s guarantee that

· Emails received by 1600 hours on any normal working day will be answered the same day.

· Letters will be answered within two days of receipt.

· Should it be necessary to leave a telephone message it will be answered same day/following day latest

If at any time you would like to discuss with us our service to your members or if you are dissatisfied with the service your members are receiving please contact the Directors of Accounting Freedom. If our service has been less than satisfactory we will do everything reasonable to put it right.

Our Unique Selling Point:

Apart from completing the statutory financial statements, we pro actively keep an eye on the corporate tax position of the company on a monthly basis. Most accountancy firms do not provide this pro active service but our approach will allow you to make informed financial decisions throughout the year.
